Not worth the $3 to go thru the museum. All the interesting things are outside. Train,truck.....
Super fun place to visit. Your visit isn't usually guided, but that allows you to explore everything. Kids love it, and are able to climb up, around, and in old mining equipment and train cars. Great historical info, memorabilia, and pictures. Lovely grounds.
Interesting place. Filled with old stuff from though 1880-1960. It's $3.00 a person to get in. The outside is more like a park filled with heavy equipment. In indoors portion is just a few buildings with period era stuff, not all of it about mining.
