My friend's children have been nonstop bullied for this entire current school year. Multiple attempts have been made to work something out with the parents, the bus driver, the principal, the school board, and the local police. Nothing has been done. These children have been threatened with stabbing, beating, and unrelenting verbal abuse. Instead of confronting this issue, my friend has been asked by the principal to take time from her day to drive her kids to school to separate them from the bullies on the bus. This is unacceptable and shameful for a school to allow this level of bullying to continue with their knowledge.
